We respect your time and your intention. To ensure a seamless experience, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours will forfeit one session. No-shows also incur a $35 fee. All packages are non-transferable and have specific expiry dates as outlined in your booking confirmation.
